Prices displayed on www.patamart.co.ke are stated in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

Product prices, availability, specifications, and promotions may change without prior notice.
Patamart reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.
Product images may differ slightly from the actual product due to photography, display settings, packaging changes, or manufacturer updates.

Where an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, Patamart reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel an affected order.

4. ORDER PLACEMENT & CONFIRMATION

When you place an order, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation or acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

Patamart may cancel or decline an order where, for example:

The product is unavailable.
There is an obvious pricing or listing error.
Product information was materially incorrect.
The order contains suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
We are unable to verify or fulfil the order.

Where an order is cancelled after payment has already been received, any refund due will be processed in accordance with our applicable refund policy and Kenyan law.

5. AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and confirming that an automotive part or accessory is suitable for their specific vehicle before purchasing.

Where applicable, customers should confirm:

Vehicle make and model.
Model year.
Engine type or variant.
Part number or OEM/reference number.
Any other specifications relevant to compatibility.

If you are unsure whether a product is compatible with your vehicle, please contact Patamart before placing your order.

Patamart is not responsible for compatibility issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete vehicle information provided by the customer or from purchasing a product without confirming its suitability.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that a customer may have under applicable Kenyan consumer-protection law.

6. PAYMENT

Patamart may offer different payment methods depending on the order, product, and delivery location.

Where Pay on Delivery is available, payment may be made by cash or M-Pesa upon receipt of the order.

Patamart reserves the right to request advance payment or use alternative payment arrangements for certain orders or circumstances.

7. DELIVERY

Delivery timelines, charges, available locations, and delivery conditions are governed by our Delivery & Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and valid contact information.

Where a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information, recipient unavailability, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CUSTOMER RIGHTS

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and other post-purchase matters are subject to Patamart's applicable Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies provided under applicable Kenyan law.

Where a product is defective, incorrect, damaged, or otherwise subject to a legally recognised consumer remedy, Patamart will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law and its relevant policies.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content published on www.patamart.co.ke, including logos, trademarks, photographs, product images, text, graphics, designs, layouts, and other original materials, is owned by Patamart, its licensors, suppliers, or respective rights holders, as applicable.

You may access and use the website for personal and lawful purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected website content without the appropriate authorisation, except where permitted by applicable law.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue an appropriate dispute-resolution process, including mediation or arbitration where applicable.

Where court proceedings are necessary, they shall be brought before a court with appropriate jurisdiction under Kenyan law.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Patamart may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services, policies, or applicable legal requirements.
