Shipping policy

Patamart is committed to delivering your automotive products quickly and safely across Kenya.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

DELIVERY OPTIONS & TIMELINES
Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi only):
- Available for orders placed before 11:00 AM on business days
- Delivery within Nairobi CBD and select suburbs on the same day

Countrywide Delivery:
- All towns and counties across Kenya: 1–2 business days after dispatch

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. All shipping costs are paid by the customer — we do not currently offer free shipping.

PAYMENT ON DELIVERY
We offer Pay on Delivery for all orders. Payment can be made in cash or via M-Pesa upon receiving your order. Please ensure you inspect your items before making payment.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also reach us at 0726434691 or patamart254@gmail.com for delivery updates.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability:
- Our courier will attempt re-delivery up to 2 times
- After 2 failed attempts, your order may be returned to our Starmall shop
- Re-delivery charges may apply

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
