Refund policy
At Patamart, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every automotive product we sell and offer a fair and transparent return process for all our customers across Kenya.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
- Item must not be listed under our non-returnable categories
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Installed or used automotive parts and accessories
- Electrical and electronic components once fitted (e.g. sensors, ECU units, bulbs)
- Oils, lubricants, fluids, or any liquid products once opened
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Custom or special-order parts
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us at patamart254@gmail.com or 0726434691 (call/WhatsApp) within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
4. You may return the item in person at our shop: Patamart, Starmall, 1st Floor, Shop A21, Nairobi
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be issued via M-Pesa within 5–7 business days of approval
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- Partial refunds may be granted for items returned in less-than-perfect condition
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for items of the same value. To request an exchange, follow the return process above and indicate that you prefer an exchange. Subject to stock availability.
